Digital Certificate (Softcopy)

Printed Certificate (Hardcopy)

If you choose the Digital Certificate (softcopy), it will be sent via email. If you choose the Printed Certificate (hardcopy) , please prepare 2 copies of a 3x4 cm colored passport photo for the baptism certificate.

Jika memilih Sertifikat Digital (softcopy), sertifikat akan dikirim melalui email. Jika memilih Sertifikat Cetak (hardcopy), harap menyiapkan 2 lembar pas foto berwarna ukuran 3x4 cm untuk sertifikat baptisan.
